2. Using this website

This website gives general information about our plumbing services and lets you contact us or send an enquiry. The information is for general guidance only, and may change without notice. The tips on our blog are not a substitute for a qualified plumber assessing your specific situation.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry or a message does not create a binding agreement. Any work we do is subject to a separate quote and agreement between you and us, which sets out the work, the price and any other terms that apply to that job.

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
